Jetsurf Tech Guru is an independent service provider and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Jetsurf, MSR, or any manufacturer, distributor, or dealer organization unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

References to third-party products, trademarks, logos, or brand names are used strictly for descriptive and informational purposes only. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age;

  • you possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Jetsurf Tech Guru shall not be liable for any:

  • incidental damages;

  • punitive damages;

  • equipment damage;

  • downtime;

  • missed events;

  • travel expenses;

  • shipping costs;

  • towing costs;

  • storage fees;

  • lost profits;

  • business interruption;

  • or loss of use.

The total cumulative liability of Jetsurf Tech Guru arising from any claim, dispute, service, communication, or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
