By purchasing Services or subscriptions, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Subscription Policy.

Due to the digital and consulting nature of the Services, Jetsurf Tech Guru does not provide refunds once:
support begins;
consultations begin;
diagnostics begin;
subscription periods commence;
or Services are delivered.
Users acknowledge that value may be delivered immediately through:

support availability;
communications;
diagnostics;

scheduling access;
or informational assistance.
Certain Services may operate through recurring subscription billing processed by third-party payment providers including PayPal.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Users remain solely responsible for:
managing subscriptions;
monitoring renewal dates;
and canceling subscriptions before renewal through the applicable payment provider.
Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not generate retroactive refunds or partial billing adjustments.
Unused support allocations:
do not roll over;

Reasonable rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability; however:

change service availability;
modify support features;
or update operational policies

Users agree not to initiate:
fraudulent disputes;
abusive chargebacks;
or payment reversals after Services have been delivered or consumed.

communications;
transaction records;
support logs;
and operational documentation
in connection with disputed transactions.
